Aftercare/revision after double eyelid surgery

I had originally confirmed that I would do it with a full-incision method, and on the day of surgery I suddenly wondered if I should also get an epicanthoplasty, so I saw the director again and thought about the epicanthoplasty, but in the end I didn’t do it. But in the operating room, when they were checking the line one last time, he suddenly said my right eye might end up with an outline crease, and I was flustered;; During the consultation, he said an inline crease was possible.. While marking the line, he said, “It seems like you may need an epicanthoplasty.. But if it’s done well, it might not turn out that way,” and the way he said it made me wonder if he was threatening me with that just because I had been debating the epicanthoplasty But I couldn’t suddenly make a decision in the operating room to pay 500,000 won more that easily, so I just went ahead as originally planned. But now, after a month has passed, it ended up becoming an outline crease I’m leaving this post because I don’t know if I can get aftercare/revision for this. From what I can see, it seems like it would work if he just extended the line and made the incision, but I also wonder if that doctor guy deliberately didn’t do it,, Also, my left eye is a perfect inline crease, so the difference is really obvious Even if I go to ask for aftercare/revision, it’s obvious he’ll say, “You needed to have done the epicanthoplasty back then for the line you wanted to come out,” and refuse, but I’m still so upset..
