Hello First of all, it's been one week and I've only been wiping my face with wet wipes, so it's dirty, but I'm leaving a review haha
Without any implants or graft materials at all (ear cartilage, costal cartilage, etc.), it's been one week since I only shaved the hump (+ osteotomy)
Today I had all the stitches removed and the taping taken off!
There were a few good things about shaving only the hump 1. Able to breathe through the nose right after surgery (they didn't put cotton packing in) 2. Living without a splint (only taping) 3. Even though it's only been a week, they said weight training (gym) is possible as long as I don't get injured 4. Washing my face and blowing my nose are possible as long as I don't rub my nose
The downsides are 1. There is no dramatic change 2. If the hump is severe, a very small amount may remain 3. If the nose is low, you can't shave only the hump
In my case, my nose is high and the hump was severe, so I'm completely satisfied with this much, though it's still only week one haha
Because of the swelling, my nose still looks big, but even after the swelling goes down, I don't think the difference in nose height will be severe, so I like that
I had it done in Bupyeong, and the director and consultants seemed confident and were kind haha
There aren't many reviews from people who only shaved the hump like me, so I'm leaving this review to help those who are considering it
I recommend it for people who want to remove a complex and live without worrying about side effects, rather than wanting a big change!
