I'm 22, but since elementary school? I've had severe bulging under-eye fat, so it has always stressed me out. As I lost baby fat, it seems to stand out even more. It also makes me look older. In cases like this, is under-eye fat repositioning usually enough? If the front cheekbone area is also sunken, do they do fat grafting together?
