Before <pre-op photo> After <post-op photo> About 10 years ago, I had surgery for a bulbous nose, and because of some vague discomfort, I lived with the silicone removed after just 1 year.. As my nasal tip gradually drooped, I was literally living with a whiny-looking nose + a nasal tip that had drooped even more than before surgery..
Whenever I took photos, it stood out so badly and stressed me out, but honestly, while working and having a social life, making time for surgery isn’t easy.. I kept putting it off, then saw Director Kim Tae-hwan’s video on YouTube and went straight there..
Originally, rather than wanting it to look obviously operated on or wanting to make my nose higher, I wanted a natural improvement within the range where my impression wouldn’t change, and that matched the natural shape the director pursues, so I decided right away...
The photo is cropped to just the nose, so it might be hard to tell, but the nose shape has improved so much, and now I’m full of confidence even in side-profile photos. More than anything, not changing my impression was the best move. Considering that the previous place had removed the silicone, I think the director really understands the needs of someone sensitive like me. He gave the glabella a little height with fascia, and since my nasal tip is on the higher side, he clearly explained that filling it in a bit would prevent it from looking awkward, which I liked.
When I consulted elsewhere, they said things like “do it if you want, don’t if you don’t,” or kept recommending silicone, which I dislike.. so I felt troubled even before surgery.
Anyway, now the glabella and nasal bridge look natural, like my original nose from the beginning, and they’re so pretty, with no foreign-body sensation at all, so I’m very satisfied.
If you’re pursuing a natural yet sophisticated look, this is a place I truly, sincerely recommend.. I’m so happy these days because my complex is gone lol
