I went for a consultation for bulbous nose correction and had consultations with both the consultant and the director. Since I felt resistant to silicone, I asked if it was possible not to put it in, but they said it was impossible. I think it was around 4 million won for nasal bridge silicone, nasal tip cartilage, and alar reduction.
