I went for a consultation because I heard it was a clinic famous for nose surgery. It was famous among people around me and online, so I went with high expectations, but the consultation was worse than I expected. First of all, this would be my first surgery and I have a low nose, and at other clinics they all talked about silicone + septal cartilage + cartilage materials, but the director mentioned costal cartilage first. When I seemed a bit reluctant about using costal cartilage for my first surgery, he said silicone + septal cartilage + cartilage would also be possible, but he seemed unsure. Since the clinic has such a good reputation, I wondered if other places were saying something was possible when it really shouldn't be, so I went to 5 more clinics, but none of them recommended costal cartilage, so my trust dropped a bit. The listed price was also based on ear cartilage, and if using costal cartilage, it was an additional 1.5 million won from there.
