When I was in my second year of high school, I only raised my nasal tip using ear cartilage, but the nasal tip gradually drooped, so while I was doing online research, I saw that the reviews matched my style and went in for a consultation. I brought photos of the nose I wanted and showed them. They recommended using rib cartilage and also recommended osteotomy. They consulted with me seriously about revision surgery, and whereas other hospitals focused the consultation on shape-related revision surgery, here they talked about shape-related content and technical? functional? content about half and half.
