I just finished surgery today and have DuoDERM tape on, so I really want to take it off quickly, look, and check whether it went well. I think I'll only know after watching the progress, but the double-eyelid line looks okay, there isn't much swelling, and I'm satisfied. I had the surgery because of a scar, and I felt good because the old scar was almost invisible (though it might be hidden by the DuoDERM tape..). The consultant was kind, and the facility was comfortable. However, since it was a revision surgery, the price did feel burdensome.. I worried because of the price, but I had absolutely no doubts about the director's skill. I thought expensive things probably aren't expensive for no reason, and I did it hoping this would be my last surgery. I think I made the right choice. Since it's my responsibility to manage it well and keep it from getting inflamed, I plan to take good care of it.
