First of all, the good thing was that they pointed out the parts I needed within a short amount of time.
I originally went in for a consultation about back canthoplasty, but they talked about upper canthoplasty, and only then did I realize there was a problem with my upper canthoplasty. So they're good at clearly telling you what you need.
But I don't think the friendliness was very good. Still, consultation is important, and I could feel that they had to come out briefly while doing other work and then go right back in, so on the other hand I also felt like I didn't really get a proper consultation.
