After going to several places for consultations, this was the last one I visited, and after the director explained things and I started asking questions, he seemed annoyed and said, “I’ll speak now.” I understand he may have been tired, but I went there for a consultation, not to listen to the director talk on and on. He also looked at the ultrasound, but it felt perfunctory. Honestly, if he had just been more businesslike, it might have been better. I had no trust at all that he could do my surgery well.
