The doctor explains things really well and is very kind. But the one thing that made me really, really angry while going to this clinic is that the manager is absolutely the worst.
No matter what you ask, the manager answers like AI. They don't really know anything, and don't seem willing to answer... In another place, it would have been enough to just communicate with the manager, but here I always have to visit in person and ask the doctor.
The manager is just like Bixby.. Other patients here said the same thing too;
