I’m male, and I only had nasal tip surgery without using silicone. Septal cartilage material was used, and because extension surgery was done, the nasal tip is firm. I’m waiting for it to loosen, and I think swelling care needs to be done well. If you have any questions after surgery, I think it would be good to come here and share information with each other.
