I had the stitches removed 1 week after medial epicanthoplasty restoration. It may still be too early to say whether it was a success or failure, but when I compare it with the photos I took before surgery, I think the shape came out really well. I didn't do it under sleep anesthesia (they briefly put you to sleep at the very beginning, and during surgery you are awake while they check the shape; probably they use sleep anesthesia at first because local anesthesia hurts), so throughout the surgery, I think I could tell how focused and meticulous the director was.
