The director was very kind and provided a professional consultation. He was the only one who mentioned removing fat at the outer corner of the eyes, but I had the procedure done elsewhere without doing it, and I did end up regretting not getting the fat removed. The line he marked was also fine. I was scared of local anesthesia, so I had it done somewhere else.
