Breast Surgery Review After 7 Years

There aren’t many long-term reviews, so I’m leaving one since some people might be curious. I had surgery 7 years ago with smooth implants. The size is about a full 75B in Korean bras, and I think it was around an F cup in Japanese underwear. (For less than a year after surgery, I was excited and bought all kinds of underwear, but I threw them all away now, so my memory is hazy.) Up until 5 years after surgery, I occasionally had this unpleasant breast pain that I couldn’t explain, but now that symptom has completely disappeared. The breast tissue has also stretched, so it looks a bit more natural, but I do worry about what will happen to my breasts as I get older. When I imagine that if I remove the implants, my breasts will probably become seriously shriveled, I wonder if I should remove them even now. But after having volume, I can’t give it up either, so I think I sometimes go through this kind of conflict. So after thinking it over, I’m planning to replace them with a smaller size. The reason is that after gaining weight, my breasts feel too overwhelming, clothes don’t look good on me, and I look bulky, so instead my confidence has dropped and I only wear boxy clothes every day. For those who are about to have surgery, if you choose a large size, I hope you plan carefully with the thought that they could become huge later if you gain weight. Breast surgery looks pretty only when you’re thin too, sadly ㅜㅜ But I don’t want to lose weight, so I’m going to reduce my breasts.
