Before <decided to have revision surgery because the nasal tip cartilage was showing through> Before/after <amazingly, this photo is after surgery> After <severe drooping of the nasal tip> After <photo of the crooked nasal bridge> 1st surgery - Surgery in the 2010s using only ear cartilage The cartilage shape was showing through too much, and I wanted the height improved, so I visited the original clinic (For the single reason that I had had no functional problems for 10 years, I went back to the clinic where I had the original surgery - the biggest mistake of my life)
2nd surgery - I visited in 2021 for revision surgery, and they said that because I was an existing surgery patient, I could have the surgery if I paid 2 million won. They said they could raise it to the height I wanted using only ear cartilage I was not being greedy and just wanted it slightly higher than my existing nose height, so I scheduled a date right away
3rd surgery - At first after surgery, the height was okay, but the nasal tip gradually dropped (within 2 weeks). It became squid-level picky-looking, so I went back, and they did a revision for me (honestly, up until then I thought, wow, they provide good aftercare)
4th surgery - After surgery, once the splint was removed, my nose was crooked, so I had surgery again within 1 week (I was so angry, and I really should have strongly protested and stopped at this point. I seriously hated even looking in the mirror all day and wore a mask all day long. Everyone kept asking why my nose was crooked, and it felt like I finally understood why people get depression)
Of course, after the 4th surgery, I did not even want to see that clinic again, and sure enough ^^ in less than a month, the nasal tip dropped again lolololol. It collapsed even worse than after the 1st surgery, the nasal tip completely sank lolol. It was to the point where people could say, “Then why did you even pay money to do it?” lolol
Even if I complained to the clinic, it was obvious they would just say they would operate again lol. I finally realized that nothing would change, so I just left without looking back Just going to that clinic was stressful, and whether to argue or whatever, I just really, really did not want to go
This clinic insists on doing a closed approach using ear cartilage, but honestly, that is the only technique they can do, so that is all they do If you want it to be so~ natural that people ask, “Did you really get your nose done?” then I recommend going there haha
I cannot put all the stress I went through over the past 3 years onto this page, but I hope you escape from the worst clinic
