I went for a nose consultation before, and at the time I went because of my bulbous nose. I remember they recommended osteotomy, silicone for the nasal bridge, and autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip. Maybe because it was my first surgery, I didn't think the cost was that expensive for autologous costal cartilage compared with what I expected. If it had been a revision surgery, it probably would have been more expensive..? The consultation atmosphere was very good. The director seems to have a calm way of speaking and seems like the type who listens well. When I asked questions, even things that I thought were honestly ridiculous, they answered tactfully so I wouldn't feel embarrassed. As in the reviews, the nose line itself aims for a natural-glam look, but it seemed like they had more revision surgery patients than first-surgery patients. There is no consultation fee or CT scan fee, and they provide swelling laser treatment as aftercare, but I didn't ask about the number of sessions or details like that, so I don't know exactly how many times they provide it for free.
