For my first surgery, silicone and ear cartilage were used, but for this revision surgery, I used autologous costal cartilage He told me autologous costal cartilage would be much better because the support structure of my nose wasn’t firm When I had the CT scan for the autologous costal cartilage, I was worried it might not be possible, but thankfully there was nothing like that, so we proceeded as planned Thanks to that, my nose has improved a lot now, and I like it Now even when I smile, it doesn’t become an arrow-shaped nose, and I can feel confident in front of people In 2 weeks, I’m scheduled for my one-month follow-up and one more laser treatment, and I think I can become even prettier, so I feel hopeful This was truly a surgery I had with no regrets.
