My friend had it done at this clinic and looked pretty, so I did it too. My nose is not exactly low, but it is very large, and when I smile it becomes a droopy, arrow-shaped nose, so I had surgery! The really large splint was removed the very next day, and I am now wearing the day-3 splint! They said the splint will be removed on day 4. The swelling was the worst on day 3. On the first day and second day, there was almost no swelling, just a little swelling around the eyes, but on day 3 the swelling came down to my lips and cheeks, so there is some swelling. For the surgery, the director tends to do things naturally, so I asked for it to be done more glamorous, and the director said okay. I am looking forward to what comes next hehe I worried for years because I was afraid it would hurt, but there has been no pain at all after surgery. I am attaching before-and-after surgery photos!
