Please recommend a hospital that can do reconstructive surgery for side effects after alar reduction~…

You can find several of my posts by searching my ID. I’ll skip the posts about the side effects so far. It has been 8 months since my first surgery and it is now approaching 9 months. My case involved four procedures: alar reduction, columella improvement surgery where an incision was made on the inside of the nose and the columella was lifted with sutures, correction of alar curvature, and correction of drooping alae. (I had only intended to do a slight alar reduction, but the hospital recommended several procedures, so I ended up doing multiple surgeries. I completely regret that too.) The columella was lifted too much and the pulling symptoms were severe, so the lifting sutures were removed early, and another 6 months have passed since then. The conclusion is that I am still suffering from severe side effects. Now it is becoming clear that this is no longer the “effect of scar tissue,” which hospitals always say as their standard line.. If it were scar tissue, the situation should be improving at least a little as time passes... but it is not improving at all.. After excessive alar reduction, in the process of attaching the tissue, there was not enough tissue, so it is being pulled and tightened, and the entire side of the alar area is being compressed. That is the side effect... Alar reduction is something you really have to consider very carefully and cautiously, and find a place that can do it without overdoing it. If possible, I recommend not doing reduction surgery that cuts tissue... My alae were really on the wider side, but I don’t know how drastically they reduced them to make it so unbearable and difficult for me... And when I lie down, there is a constant clicking sound from my nose. Why on earth is this happening.. I told the hospital, but they didn’t take it seriously.. Has anyone experienced something like this? Rather than spending the rest of my life in this much distress.. even if some scarring remains, I want to attach tissue again, expand it even a little, and be freed from this pressure sensation caused by excessive tightening, pulling, and severe compression. If anyone around you knows information about a place that can do reconstructive surgery well, even a tiny bit of information would be appreciated.. Among the places I found, there was a plastic surgery clinic called A-One that transplants skin and cartilage at the same time to expand the insufficient alar tissue again, but unfortunately, a notice about hospital relocation appears and it says they are temporarily closed~~ If you know even a little information, please reply... The downside of this kind of surgery is that scars remain, but I want reconstruction even if scars remain. That is how hard daily life is. I truly regret this whole year.. to the point that I wish I could go back to the day of surgery and erase it ~~ For those who are looking into surgery, please make sure to consult several places, and even if the hospital pushes you to do this and that, I hope you only do the minimum surgery safely and do not have side effects like me.
