First of all, I had alar rim lowering on only one side, and the area where I had the alar rim lowered developed severe scar tissue, and the upper part looks like it is indented diagonally The director said that because it’s a revision surgery, it takes a little time for the skin to regenerate, and that it’s due to pressure from the splint + scar tissue, and that it will return to normal. He said to watch it for a bit and prescribed Rizaben. For now, I got a scar tissue injection yesterday, but there hasn’t really been any improvement.. Has anyone had scar tissue like me that made it look indented? He said it wasn’t inflammation and that the silicone wasn’t bent, and told me to wait until the tissue fills in, but I’m so worried.. I like the shape, but this is really the problem
