I visited for eye surgery, and the number of people waiting was neither that many nor that few, but compared to that, I waited for almost over an hour. The consultant was very kind, and after I briefly told her what I wanted, I went in to see the director. Honestly, I came out after fumbling through it, so the time felt extremely short, and in reality I think the consultation was just a little over 5 minutes. He said, “You don’t want it low, right?” then held the line for me, I blinked and went, “Oh..” and then came out just like that, without him telling me anything else in particular. Honestly, I thought they would ask about or explain various information needed for surgery, but I guess every clinic is different. If you’re going to this clinic, I think it would be good to make a question list in advance and ask first.
