⭐ 158 cm, 47 kg / hoped to go from A cup to FULL C cup ㄴ During the consultation, they carefully measured and diagnosed things like rib cage size, breast pocket width, and the length from the nipple to the inframammary fold.
⭐ Mentor Smooth / inframammary fold incision / R350 L375 ㄴ I was debating between axillary and inframammary fold incisions, but I heard inframammary fold recovery is faster and better, so I chose the inframammary fold incision. (This varies by person, so don’t just follow my choice. I think you should choose according to the director you consulted with and your own will.)
⭐ After surgery ㄴ I was discharged the same day, and it wasn’t difficult enough that I could take the subway home alone. Daily life is also not too hard, except the area under the breasts feels slightly tight and stiff. I think sleeping was the most uncomfortable. (I couldn’t sleep lying on my side X It felt like my breasts were shifting to one side..)
ㄴ Right after surgery, the feeling of having implants was unfamiliar, so I only poked them with my fingers (felt a little firm?). Now, 2 months later, the tissue has softened a lot, so I can knead the whole breast with my palm. It felt a little different from real breasts but also similar.. The soft, squishy texture was fascinating.
⭐ Reason for choosing the hospital ㄴ Since it was a lot of money by my standards, I went to quite a few hospital consultations. The diagnoses were similar, and the aftercare was similar too. There was no reason not to choose another hospital, but the Motiva price was much higher than I expected, so it was too financially burdensome. The director at the hospital where I had surgery told me without pressure that Mentor Smooth would be fine, and that implant choice is the patient’s choice and the patient’s will, so I ended up having surgery at this hospital with Mentor Smooth!

There are so many plastic surgery clinics, and so many hospitals that handle breast surgery. Even if you only look at reviews in this community, everyone says their breasts turned out well, but it feels awkward to suddenly book based only on those reviews.. So rather than going to consultations blindly, I recommend deciding your own *criteria* before going.
For me, 1. Shape (a natural UU shape even as FULL C) 2. Cost, director’s skill I focused on these two while going around for consultations!
For example, my college friend also looked into breast surgery hospitals with me, and because of cost, she had already decided on Sebbin implants, so she chose a doctor whose surgery ratio had more Sebbin cases than Motiva, or who had as many Sebbin post-op reviews as Motiva and Mentor.
What the director says during consultation is important, but make sure to emphasize the shape or size you want!
I also went in wanting FULL C, and wondered if it might be too big for my rib cage or body size, but after implant fitting, I liked the visible breast size the most.
