Hiiiiii, these days I’m already nearing the 3-month golden period after LAMS, and I’m living in happiness I did post reviews a few times before, but I’ve never seen my belly this slim, so even just looking at it is fun I think I keep recording it for myself ㅋㅋ and I hope it helps too, so I’m leaving my final review!
As I mentioned in my previous posts, I’ve always been the type to carry fat around my abdomen, so my flanks didn’t stick out that much, but as someone who had a plump belly protruding forward, I had never once had a flat stomach These days, after LAMS, I’m seriously into finding and wearing crop tops, and it’s real that I even wear crops to work;;
Now that the LAMS golden period is coming to an end, I’m planning to gradually switch from the really strict diet I was doing to a maintenance-dieter period I’m loosening my meal plan little by little, and for exercise every other day or the amount of exercise itself, before I was doing Tabata or interval-style workouts, but now I’m trying to do lower intensity for a longer time, and it’s amazing that I’m still maintaining well!!
On top of that, what I want to brag about is that thanks to doing LAMS, I made up my mind and started exercising, and my height, which was 163, is now 166, so I grew by 3 cm These days I brag about this more than losing weight, and it’s a result I couldn’t have achieved if LAMS hadn’t motivated me to exercise or diet!!
Weight 60.3 kg -> 57.9 -> 57.0 -> 56.3 -> 55.5 -> 54.7 -> 54.0 -> 53.4 -> 53.8 (during magic day period) -> 52.2 -> 51.6 -> 51.0 (weight measured wearing all clothes / 50.5 if measured wearing only underwear) Circumference 79 cm -> 77.0 -> 76.0 -> 74.5 -> 74 -> 72.4 -> 71.7 -> 70.6 -> 70.0 -> 69 -> 67.5 -> 66.0
This is where I’m finishing now, and if I measure wearing only underwear, it’s basically like I lost 10 kg, so I go around bragging that I lost 10 kg and grew 3 cm ㅋㅋ
I’m rotating through crop tops by color and type, and seeing my loose pants below the crop makes me so proud hehe Actually, my pants have gotten so big that I’m barely holding them up on my hip bones, and when I think about having to buy new ones, I’m like ugh, money, but I feel so good that I keep looking in the mirror ㅋㅋ
Thanks to LAMS, my self-esteem has gone up too, and these days I’m living so happily. So proud~~~
