At first when I went to the clinic, I felt a bit awkward because I’m a man, but looking back now, I’m glad I had the surgery then. I’m also going to the gym within limits, partly to help reduce swelling, and there doesn’t seem to be any major issue. I feel like I’ve become healthier after the surgery~
