Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

Review 5 months after my 3rd revision rhinoplasty!

I guess it's true when people say you need to do your nose about three times to get the shape you want. I had my first rhinoplasty and revision surgery at the same place 7 years ago, but nothing changed, so I had pretty much given up. My nose still had a severe hump and seemed like it was developing contracture, so until I had this revision surgery, I regretted it a lot and spent so much time worrying about which clinic to go to..ㅠㅠ

Until before this, only septal cartilage had been used, (I think because of that area, my nasal tip drooped and the hump looked even worse.) This time, thanks to donated costal cartilage, it seems to be properly serving as a firm support. I also had hump nose correction and osteotomy done together. The previous clinic hadn't done any of those procedures, so I was a little worried at first, but now that 5 months have passed, I think these parts are what helped me get a nose I like, so I feel relieved ㅎㅎ

Early on, after the splint was removed, the swelling seemed a bit severe (maybe because it was a third surgery?), so the clinic did taping for me. Still, since I already had experience, I went for walks at night and drank swelling-reducing tea, trying to reduce it quickly. Compared with the nose I saw right after surgery and splint removal, it definitely feels like it has lowered a bit, but it looks much more natural now, so I like it.
