I went for a nose revision surgery consultation. It was my first revision. Since mesh and Medpor had been used, I received an estimate using costal cartilage. The consultation was good. He felt like a warm uncle. However, he did not explain specifically how he would use a custom implant to shape the nose. I was generally satisfied because I could also hear professional explanations. However, for revision surgery, he seemed to pursue safety and a conservative approach rather than drastically changing the shape.
