Before <before surgery > After <after surgery > Hello!! It’s day 21 since my nose surgery, and before surgery, I had been consistently getting filler in my nose for about 7-8 years. The pre-surgery photo is after dissolving the filler! My nose was originally so small and short that filler no longer lifted it and just felt like it was spreading, so I decided on surgery and went to so many consultations. For a small nose like mine, they said it would be hard to get a dramatic nose like the photos I wanted... there’s a limit to how much the skin can stretch, and most places recommended donated costal cartilage.. They would also use silicone, but I didn’t like the idea of using donated costal cartilage too because I was worried about inflammation. (Honestly, the cost difference was also big) ㅜㅜ After thinking it over, I decided. I’m satisfied, and the line came out the way I wanted, but it’s my first surgery, and because of COVID I don’t have chances to meet people, so I’m not sure..ㅜㅜ Objectively, how does it look..? Will the swelling go down more?? I’d like to hear other people’s opinions too.
