I remember it being really nice that they guided me without any waiting, despite how famous they are..? Other places said my septal cartilage could be used, but here they said I would need autologous costal cartilage, so I was a bit surprised. The consultant consultation was short and the director consultation was long, which was good. The director did seem a bit soulless, but still answered well when I asked questions (which is obvious now that I think about it). The consultant was cheerful and listened well. Seems like she has a lot of experience.
