I went to get chin Botox, and it definitely has a strong factory-like feel. And the staff working there weren't very kind, probably because they were tired from having so many patients. I understand.. there are really too many people, so it was somewhat noisy. Even if you make a reservation, the wait is long. If it's not a procedure that requires expertise, it seems good to go there for the cheap price.
