The doctor’s consultation was kind. He asked me to clench my teeth tightly and then touched my temples, cheekbones, and jaw in order. He said it would be good to do all three, but that the urgent ones were the temporalis muscle and the cheekbones, so I only did those two. Doing all three was just too expensive
