I thought their aesthetic itself was the style I wanted (a line that's not excessive, natural but still distinct?) They explained that even with the same line and the same height, the mood can look different depending on the existing eye sockets, orbital bones, and so on, and they told me what kind of feel would suit me, so it was very easy to understand. I understood why so many people go there for double eyelid surgery. Since that many people go, they are busy and there is bound to be a wait, but still, during my consultation, I liked that they focused on me.
