Before-and-after thigh LAMS day 10 review
Everyone... I seriously posted before getting it done too, and the conclusion is that I went to work fine the next day, and I was really worried it would hurt lol but they made it less painful than I expected!!!
I saw an acquaintance get it done, so I made up my mind and did it too lol In my case, I was extremely, severely obese. I dieted down to severe obesity, but I was at a plateau.. So I wanted to break the plateau and also wanted to wear pants... hehe
Honestly, I had sagging skin, cellulite, and no elasticity at all... My mindset was that I would be lucky even if only the size went down... I really just wanted to be able to wear pants Without inner shorts, my thighs would burn lol and if I wore shorts, they kept rolling up.. Even when I lost weight, this area would not go down...
Anyway, to write a short procedure review, maybe I am constitutionally suited for LAMS... They did local anesthesia, put in the solution, and removed the fat! When they did the saddlebags, I almost fell asleep. They kept asking me... if I was okay... Even though I am a scaredy-cat... honestly, I did not even know it had started hehe
When they did the inner thighs, it felt like little pokes, but it was tolerable!!! Still, I vowed never to gain weight again and did it again.... Because I am not a slim person, it took a long time...
They were not just doing it randomly; they looked at my leg line and did it.. People's legs are not straight, you know.. Maybe because mine are uneven, they checked and adjusted as they went
When it ends, your legs feel numb, like they are not your legs lololol It is a dull, numb feeling. I drank orange juice, got laser treatment, and went home. Everyone was so kind that I felt like a baby.
I have low blood pressure, so I felt slightly dizzy. I sat down and rested right away. I was so glad I went with a friend. And that day, I ate a hearty meat meal with my friend!!!!
The next day, which I had worried about lol, I also went to work. Since I have an office job, sitting was a little uncomfortable, but except for 2 coworkers, no one knew lolololol They still do not know, hehe.
But unfortunately, because of the Chuseok holiday, I barely lost weight I had lost almost 2 kg, but ended up only losing about 400 g. One comfort was that they said everyone comes back having gained weight around this time lol, so I thought at least I lost something..
Because of the bruising and swelling, all I could do was walking + diet, ..hehe because of the holiday issue, ahem.... I also think at least I did not gain weight hehe... I really definitely did not eat that much....
The lumps and bruises gradually appear and then disappear over time. It does take a few days. From how it feels, it seems to take about 10 days.
I checked my weight yesterday and was a little sad... But after getting mesotherapy fat-dissolving injections and laser, my body definitely felt lighter, so I am going to exercise again now and diet properly hehe
There has not been a big change in weight, but my thighs shrank by 1.5 cm, and people around me all ask if I lost weight!!!!!! If you look at the photos and think, huh? There is no difference, then I have nothing to say, but these days when I meet people, they tell me my face has slimmed down too and everyone says I look like I lost weight, so I am happy, hehe.
For the time being, to get better effects, I am going to diet hard lolololol The swelling has not all gone down yet, so thinking that it will go down more makes me pure happiness...
I meant to give information, but I did not realize I wrote this much.. ha... Anyway, there are always only reviews from slim people so I am writing this review in case there is someone like me!!!
I will keep dieting, and once more swelling goes down, if I get another chance later, I will write another review.
