After my first double eyelid surgery failed badly, I was looking into hospitals for revision eye surgery, and it was so emotionally difficult.. Since it was my first time, I couldn’t tell whether it was swelling, fat, or sausage-like eyes where the lids were puffing up in an unattractive way..
On top of that, when I heard that sausage-like eyes are considered an extreme type of eye that needs revision surgery, I was upset for quite a while.. It’s been about three months since surgery now, and the progress is really different from when I had sausage-like eyes; the swelling has gone down beautifully too.. I feel like, this is really my own eyes, so I’ve grown very attached to them.
