I think it’s been about 1 year since my revision surgery.. It was my 4th nose surgery, so I worried a lot and went to consultations for about 2–3 years, I think.
I went around for consultations at all the places said to be famous, and then had it done last August.
Since I’m in my 40s, I wanted to go in the safest direction possible and hoped there would be no tissue loss (as I’ve gotten older, I’ve realized time and money are limited, but my own tissue is what feels most precious)
Anyway, I wanted to avoid using implants as much as possible.
In the end, I used my own rib cartilage, but I’m satisfied now. (The nasal bridge is slightly crooked.. That’s a downside of rib cartilage, right But actually, I feel like that makes it look more natural, so I’m satisfied. This is really everyone’s personal preference, so maybe I’m the only one satisfied) Anyway, the director says he’ll do after-service, but I don’t want to, so I’m holding out..
What I want to say to everyone is... if you can avoid nose surgery, I hope you just don’t do it.
Compared with other surgeries, it’s the one I regret the most, and during the process of getting my 4th surgery, one of the surgeries I picked as something I should never have done from the start was the nose (I’ve had a lot of surgeries, almost everywhere... It’s hard to find a part of my face I haven’t done)
Anyway, I think Asians are just pretty even if the nose is a bit low and wide.. If the eyes or mouth shape are cute, that charm is actually lovely.
I hope you don’t do your nose.. and if you do, please choose a safe hospital...
