There are two directors; the representative director seems to be in charge of surgery, and the other one seems to be on the skin side. There was about a 5-minute wait? The structure is that you consult with the consultant first, then the director comes in. Maybe because the director heard my information from the consultant before coming in, things moved very quickly. He isn’t the type to approach patients first with a smile; he just says what he needs to do and say, then slips out, so I was flustered. Still, I asked everything I wanted to ask, and his answers felt professional.
I have surgery scheduled early next year, and whenever I have time I’m visiting places for philtrum reduction and mouth corner surgery. For now, I’ve put Mano high on my priority list. (They said there’s a re-consultation fee, which is a bit annoying, but they said they’ll deduct it if I have surgery.) The hospital staff are nice and the interior is clean too.
