In 2020, I had a second surgery using donated costal cartilage to correct a short nose, but maybe it was absorbed, because it became extremely low and gave a flat, broad look, which changed my image completely I had been stressed about it all this time, so I thought of this as my final surgery, waited 6 months just for a consultation, and finally had the surgery!! I appealed to the director to make it as high as possible, but because my nose is small and my skin is tight, they said that even with autologous costal cartilage, the design I wanted would be difficult, but they would raise it as much as possible. I’m so, so satisfied haha
It’s only day 14, so there is still swelling and my nose feels a bit wide? but the nasal tip is very high and firm!! They said once only the residual swelling goes down, it will look a bit more defined, so I’m looking forward to it hahaha
My ribs hurt so much that I could barely move for two or three days, and after about a week it was uncomfortable but I could manage daily life. Now at week 2, I can’t exercise, but everything else in daily life is totally doable.
