Please look at the scar tissue from my medial epicanthoplasty

The first photo is from before the stitches were removed, and it was like this right after surgery. The second photo is my current state after stitch removal, and I’m now on day 11 after surgery. But as you can see, one side of the medial epicanthoplasty is split into two branches. I don’t know whether this is scar tissue or a scar, but will it go away with time? I’m so worried... When I had the stitches removed at the clinic, I asked the teacher who removed them, and I also asked the doctor who performed my surgery, and they said, “Oh, of course it will go away~” So since it hasn’t been long since surgery, I am waiting, but I’m so worried that I’m posting this! When I open my eyes, the line is still well defined. But when I close my eyes, only that area protrudes slightly, and when I look closely, it bothers me so much... Has anyone here who had medial epicanthoplasty or upper epicanthoplasty experienced a case like this?
