3-Month D+ Review After Revision Rhinoplasty!!!

It’s been 3 months since my revision rhinoplasty-!

Before surgery++ My first surgery was 4 years ago in Seoul, and as the nasal tip started to drop, I could see from the front that my nose was gradually becoming crooked, so I decided on revision surgery! Since I live outside Seoul, coming to Seoul for consultations was hard, and back then, thinking about having revision surgery again felt really overwhelming.. My friends around me couldn’t tell at all that I’d had nose surgery, so that says it all..

Hospital++ After deciding on revision surgery, I had it done by a director I’d been keeping an eye on! When I heard he was opening his own clinic, I picked a day and went up to Seoul, and as soon as I had the consultation, I booked the date. His consultation style was straightforward, and I could see that he tried to listen to my opinions more than just talking himself, and especially because he compared my current nose with the ideal nose while drawing it out, it was easier to understand!

Since I live outside Seoul, I stayed in Seoul for a few days, had the cotton packing removed the day after surgery, then went back up a week later and had the splint removed. I thought there was no swelling, but after about 3 months, I was like, hmm, I did have swelling after all? lol

I had the nasal bridge (silicone) and nasal tip (septal cartilage/donated costal cartilage/dermis graft) done like this, and also had crooked nose correction together

Now++ Honestly, it feels like it has gotten slightly lower than in the beginning, but my friends say it suits me better now than the nose I had then, so I’m not worried, and of course I’m satisfied too. When I go for follow-ups, the director touches my nose and says the support strut is sturdy and doing its job well, so I’m living without worries hehe
