Maybe because the consultation was right after finishing surgery, I’m not sure about how kind the director was. They answered questions well, but it seemed like they didn’t give definite answers. It was mostly that they would have to try it first. For things that can’t be done, they seemed to state clearly, “This can’t be done.” The surgery time is on the longer side.
