First of all, there was no one-on-one consultation with the director before the procedure, so I was very disappointed that I could not sufficiently explain my skin condition and concerns or receive personalized guidance. Also, because the medical staff performing the procedure kept changing every time I visited, I wondered whether my previous care history was being carefully shared and whether consistent treatment was being provided. Those expecting systematic, personalized care should consider this point. On the other hand, the price and equipment are definite advantages.
