The desk staff member who first answered the phone was really, really rude.. Other than that, the consultant who explained the pricing and the director were really kind! But the director tried to persuade me that my nose would look pretty if silicone were placed in it(?), and I wondered if he was trying to cover it with silicone because he wasn’t confident about correcting my crooked nose.? Also, he didn’t explain the surgical method in that much detail, so I wasn’t particularly drawn to it.
And there was some pressure(?) to pay a deposit, so I was a little flustered... I went because I liked the surgery review on Babitalk, but maybe that person was just pretty to begin with
