I had surgery without implants and it went badly…^^ I didn’t want to be stressed anymore, so I went to more than 10 places over 2-3 years to get consultations for full removal. Other places kept recommending things I didn’t want, like revision surgery or AlloDerm, which annoyed me, but the director here recommended surgery in exactly the direction I wanted. The consultant also spoke professionally, and as soon as she saw my nose, she immediately caught the parts I was stressed about.
I was worried about having surgery while awake because it was partial sedation anesthesia, but I was just kind of half-asleep, so it was fine.
My nose now is prettier than my original nose. I really like it.
