My chin tip looked like it was protruding like a witch’s, so I recently had chin-tip one-cut surgery. I was debating between a T-osteotomy and one-cut, but T-osteotomy seemed to have too many side effects, so I went with one-cut, and I’m so, soooo satisfied!!!
