The scarring is almost nonexistent for an incisional procedure, and the hospital gave me NewGel scar ointment, so I applied the ointment diligently~ After about 5 months, there isn’t really anything uncomfortable anymore. Maybe you’re not supposed to wash your face too vigorously, butㅜ I just remove my eye makeup and wash my face without any discomfort.
I had my 3rd incisional revision double-eyelid surgery and lateral/lower canthoplasty, but I didn’t have ptosis correction. My eyes look clearer. For eyes that lack strength, I do think securing them with an incision definitely makes them look more defined. The line was set on the higher side from the beginning, so I’m glad it hasn’t dropped much. I just hope it doesn’t get any thinner than this. This is just my opinion, but,, I think double-eyelid surgery photos look prettier when there’s still a little swellingㅎ
