I wanted to have a proper consultation again, so I went for a second consultation, but when I asked in more detail, it seemed like they hadn’t done many surgeries with only cartilage tying and were specialists in nose surgery with silicone and cartilage inserted, so they spoke vaguely. I was also bothered by the scar from making a columellar incision, so pass Also, it seemed like a clinic that does a lot of surgeries on foreigners, so I felt uneasy
