Before and after My hump became really severe after it overgrew following a big impact, and since a lot had to be shaved down, I had always been thinking about osteotomy. My nasal bridge was already quite high, so I was thinking of doing it without an implant. I was worried after seeing a lot of reviews about side effects with the nasal tip, so I looked for a doctor who was good with ear cartilage among autologous cartilages that are as soft as possible and have fewer side effects. They said they would naturally lift only the rounded, drooping nasal tip, so I trusted them. I had hump shaving + osteotomy + nasal tip done only with ear cartilage, and I’m very satisfied now. It doesn’t look obvious, so I don’t even bother telling people around me. Most of all, it feels like my original nose and I don’t feel anything, so it’s really comfortable. I was pursuing a natural style without an implant, so I’m truly grateful. It’s been about a year and a half, and I’ll upload photos.
This is a surgical review pursuing a natural look.
