My eyelids are thin, but they’re not deeply sunken, and I was told I probably didn’t need it, so I didn’t really look into this much. For now, I had double eyelid surgery, but I ended up with multiple creases.. They said the multiple creases will only go away if I definitely get eyelid fat grafting through an incisional approach. They said fat grafting helps the line adhere, so I think it seems better than ptosis correction. I’m just going to do fat grafting. Has anyone here had eyelid fat grafting? I’m curious how the swelling was afterward, whether you’re satisfied, and whether it hurt during the surgery. I’m a bit worried. It’s a revision surgery, and the surgery is in a few days, so I’m worried again.
