You can choose to get a CT scan. If you want it, you pay an additional 20,000 won and get it taken. It was the only place that let me choose whether to use ear cartilage or septal cartilage. It was nice that they said both were possible, but other hospitals said I absolutely had to use septal cartilage, so that made me wonder more whether it might be ineffective. After thinking about it, I gave up because I thought the result would come out too natural, but it's a hospital with many merits, especially the cost.. For detailed reviews, I think you should refer to YouTube reviews. For me, since I want a natural-glam look, it was very good except for the fact that it seemed natural. The consultation was on the shorter side.
