Two years ago, I wanted to make my nose higher, but I was worried about side effects from silicone, so I wanted to do it without an implant. But to get the nasal tip shape I wanted, they said placing even a thin layer would prevent a step-off, so I ended up having surgery on the nasal bridge as well. Now I’m living well without any issues??? From what I remember, the clinic facilities were clean, and the staff were generally all kind.
